I am actually stunned and flabbergasted by how terrible the service here was. It took them 6 weeks to diagnose and "fix" my car. There were a lack of responses and general inactivity linked with ridiculous excuses. I was charged an absurd price of $3700 to replace a wheel axle, wheel bearing, and wheel. I only decided to pay it, because I need to have a car to function in Northern Virginia. I can't wait for months without a car. I also believed they would at least do a good job if I paid that much. They performed services that were declined after receiving the $2,000+ quote, through all of the correct ways (including declining online, as requested) and telling 3 different employees over the phone to not perform the services. We asked that they match the quote from the mechanic that we were going to take the vehicle to (which was about thousand dollars cheaper), but are refusing to do so, which is upsetting after declining the services in multiple ways.
