Absolutely horrible experience at the Ourisman of Fairfax KIA service department. They had my car for 3 weeks for a check engine light. They lied about working on the car. They lied about updating me about my car. They never called me. I had to call them for updates. I asked to speak with a manager several times but conveniently there was never one there.
