Worst dealership I've ever been to. I brought my car in multiple times because it wasn't driving straight and they failed to find the problem. I take it to the service center in Clarksville and they immediately diagnosed the issue as a tire defect. I have also requested a tire rotation multiple times and they do not rotate my tires. I don’t know what other people are saying in these reviews, but I’ve had amazing customer service with Michael, who helped me fix my 2020 Tucson. He guided me through everything I needed to address and worked out discounts and pricing options. I can’t say anything bad about what Michael did for me. He was professional and very engaging throughout the whole process, and he helped me with everything I needed.
Had a really good experience at the Ourisman service center. Joshua was helpful in explaining what my Mazda 6 needed and made sure I understood everything. He was easy to talk to and made the process straightforward. I’d recommend working with him.
I’m truly upset at this dealership and service area. I’ve been bringing my car which I purchased less than a year now for the same problem and keep paying for things that aren’t resolving the issue and I need someone who is competent to figure out what the issue is.
