I came in for an oil change. The staff themselves were fine, but it took 2 hours just for a simple oil change. The big red flag was when I got my car back and saw that my dash cam had been unplugged and the wiring was messed up. There was no reason for anyone to touch the dash cam, so that looked pretty suspicious.
Service provided was fine. The low rating was due to the nickeling and diming. The rear view camera was replaced by the extended warranty at no cost to me. In addition, i had the brake fluid replaced for $180. Then they added disposal fee and taxes for another $85. To add insult to injury, this dealer charges 3% if you pay by a credit card; a really cheap move from a reputable Honda dealer.
I had a flat tire on my new CRV Thurbo, Hybrid on the Memorial Day weekend. Steve, the service department manager, asked me to bring the car to the shop and promised to take care of my tire before COB. In addition to the outstanding tire-patching, oil-change and car-wash services that I received at this shop, Steve also communicated and explained clearly what was going to happen prior to doing the work and let me know when the work was done.
