I had a flat tire on my new CRV Thurbo, Hybrid on the Memorial Day weekend. Steve, the service department manager, asked me to bring the car to the shop and promised to take care of my tire before COB. I have been using ourisman for servicing my wife’s Honda Pilot 2019. Last couple of times, I had taken my car only to find out something else broke when I picked up the car and I had to bring it back to get more servicing done incurring additional expense. I understand it could be coincidental but maybe once..twice..three times? I had the car serviced last week.
