I was at the service department for the Honda recall service. My service advisor Steve Farr was very clear, helpful and informative during the service.
I'm so done with these people at Ourisman Honda of Tysons. Especially the Receptionist or whom ever is answering these phone lines. She is the worst with a bad attitude. When she see me calling instead of picking up phone she continues to send me to someone's voice-mail. Not good customer service and very unprofessional. Something needs to be done quick, but I'll will get to the right person regarding this.
