Pulled into customer parking to check out a car listing. While we were inside, they removed our rear license plate frame and replaced it with their Ourisman Honda in Bethesda branding. The car is already registered with a license plate and they didn’t touch the front. They clearly knew it wasn’t their car, yet they wanted to put their branding on the car. It gave nothing buy a shady private dealer vibes. Nick was my sales rep, not sure if he knew about it. But I hope he knows that it gives the dealers a bad reputation.
I just purchased a pre-owned car from Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. Everyone was great - from the salesperson (Patrick) to the finance person (Ari) and all the folks I spoke with in between. After getting the car home, I noticed a couple of small things that I hadn't noticed in the initial drive and they fixed them all right away (thanks Brendan in Service)! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership. Well done everyone!
You may want to know what I am going through with this car dealer before dealing with them. I purchased 2 cars from Ourisman but the experience I am about to write about is with Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. When I purchased a Honda with them , they offered me to buy a Mechanical Failure Service and the relevant contract was signed on October 20, 2023.
