I have a bad experience they didn't want to attend me 3:00 pm And they weren't busy the customer service told me
If I could give this Service Center a -1 I would. Two service calls - a new transmission, electronics and 14,000.00 later and our Lincoln Navigator with 67,000 miles couldn't make it out of the state of Virginia without having to stop at another Ford Dealership.
Took care of everything, very friendly and professional.
Tony was very helpful and I look forward to continuing to have my car serviced at this location.
Amy really was a delight, she helped us all the way through the process. Very polite and felt her genuine concern.
