I came to this dealership because the horn on my F-150 truck didn't work. I made an appointment for a Wednesday at 11AM. Since I was already there at the service center, I also asked them to change oil and do safety inspection. The "service advisor", Daniel, was not very friendly and didn't seem to care that much. I waited for two hours and then I had to chase Daniel around to ask for a status.
