Terrible service went on for an oil changes it took over 4 hours just for that absolutely ridiculous!
Ourisman Ford was great to work with! I had a 2 safety recalls that needed to be addressed, they scheduled me within a few days, provided a free car wash and dropped the car off at my home. Along the way, they were communicative via text and phone call on the status of my vehicle.
Our experience buying a new car at Ourisman Ford Lincoln of Alexandria (6129 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA) was a positive one. Two people stood out for excellent customer service--Brian Kramb (Sales Consultant) and Ted Mixon (Finance Manager). customer experience was substandard due to poor communications systems. I checked my car in using my phone number and name. Dealership called my wife back on her number to check to confirm repair. My wife was not looking for the call and was indisposed so I wasn’t ever reached. When I called the dealership to see what was going on with my car I couldn’t get through to talk to anyone. Too many call backs to rehash here. Suffice it to say that it was a frustrating experience.
Had a good experience. Dealership wasnt pushy, and I didnt get oversold. They asked what I was looking for, matched my criteria, and I left with the vehicle I wanted.
