I have to admit, I usually stay away from dealerships for service, but I've had a really great experience with David helping me through multiple issues with my vehicle. He contacted my insurance to make sure things would be squared away, was very empathetic of my situation, and made sure all the work was timely. I have been coming to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Service for 20 years! It’s an hour drive from my home in Prince William county but I don’t mind because the service department has always been professional. I am now working with Cole. He is super knowledgeable and super professional and super friendly.
Vehicle I am driving has Toyota Care. Cole, Sean, left side desk (he said his name is Brian) those guys look awesome but to me they have ego that they forgot what are do for living. They don’t have customers and they saw me waiting in front of reception for long time. Then I ask another guy which I don’t know his name. He ask standard questions and told me they will take care of me. Which they didn’t. Then I left.
Mike Koziol service department took care of two recalls on my Tacoma. Had more information than TOYOTA and made sure everything was done correctly. Definitely recommend Mike for any service needs
