Was told over the phone the truck would be looked at the following day so I had it towed in. Called 48 hours after truck arrived as I'd heard nothing back, was on hold for 15 minutes hung up. Called again, was on hold for 15 minutes hung up. Called the front line whom then transferred me back to "a different service number" and was told the truck wouldn't be looked at for a week or more, hadn't moved since it was towed in. Ive taken my trucks here before but recently took my truck here because it all of a sudden stopped running. They quoted me $28,000 to replace everything under the hood because "all of the issues". I towed it to another diesal shop and they fixed it for $16,000 less then Ford. All it took was 2 batteries and head gaskets. This shop has lost my business.
They worked on one of our trucks in the fleet. Expect long wait times, but that's anywhere nowadays. The service advisors are great.
