Ive taken my trucks here before but recently took my truck here because it all of a sudden stopped running. They quoted me $28,000 to replace everything under the hood because "all of the issues". I towed it to another diesal shop and they fixed it for $16,000 less then Ford. All it took was 2 batteries and head gaskets. This shop has lost my business.
They worked on one of our trucks in the fleet. Expect long wait times, but that's anywhere nowadays. The service advisors are great.
Dont come here for any sort of service, if want to be ripped off come here and they surly will do rip u off , they charged me 250$ for just looking at it and not even giving me the solution they charged me 35$ for the rugs which they used and sat down on them. I hate y’all Ford, it was my bad buying ur car I wish a worst future for u .
This team has been maintaining my F450 for the 5 years I have owned it. They have always been professional and transparent. After I moved, I started to bring my truck to a local Ford dealer and was unsatisfied with their work. When my truck started to experience some emissions issues after warranty work, the local dealer failed to identify the issue after two visits (and diagnostic fees).
