I was rear ended by an inattentive driver. Contacted GEICO and they gave several options. Since my vehicle was regularly serviced by Ourisman Lexus of Rockville, I decided to take my car to Ourisman Collision Center. It was convenient with a GEICO adjuster right onsite and enterprise rent-a-car available. From beginning to end, it took about 9 days for the work to be completed. Work quality was good and everyone I came in contact with was professional.
Terrible. I was sent here by State Farm. The repair person was very mean and rude. I raised up a problem, saying that the car sounded different after the accident. He looked down on me, saying that I don't know what I'm talking about. After the repair of a secondary problem was allegedly completed, I went to pick up the car. But the car was not fixed correctly. Best body shop experience I have ever had! Quick repair. Insurance worked with them as well.
Vanessa has allows been amazing in helping me. The body shop did a great job. Diamond contacted me to let me know the car was almost done and she would call after they washed it. T checked me out. All was good thanks team.
