I like ourisman because they listen and they are patience with you, also I like the fact that they let you test drive the cars. When I visited ourisman I knew what I wanted and they don' t try to talk you in changing your mind. August of this year, I took my brother to this place and I referred him to Eric, the sales rep. During this time, Eric told me that I would get a referral fee, which is a $100 but he's going to give me $200 as a token of appreciation. Eric had me to come up to Ourisman twice; only to tell me he wanted to see me and find out it wasn't a check there for me. Every since I brought my car from Ourisman and took my car to be service, the gentlemen were very polite. The service was great and my car was fix with in a timely manner. Even if I needed a shuttle ride it was right there ready to rock and ride. I will start of by saying ourisman back in the day they were "A" ok but now they are just horrible. I brought a used car from them [silver Chevy Malibu] loved the car plus I got approved even though my credit was low, but they got me this car told me that it will be ready the next day. Next day comes I pick up the car and mid mist of driving the car pulls to the left, I take it to the service department, and I'm told once it pass inspection it's out of there hands.
