Really did a great job thanks so much again.
I try to extend grace, but this service group is beyond incapable and I've never had a more frustrating experience trying to work with a group in my life. Daniel especially was not able to be helpful even after for months of waiting to hear back on the RECALL that Chevrolet had sent us. They asked to hold our car several times, but refused to give us a rental. Terrible operation and we're frustrated management never answered or returned our calls.
Ourisman is a group of automotive, I considered below average in services specially after sales, transacted once in my life and will never visit any of ourisman dealership.
