TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We had a horrible experience with Ourisman Jeep in Bethesda which is now CLOSED. The service was performed negligently creating a safety issue. If you want your rear differential to lock up due to not refilling the fluid, you have found the right place. These people actually had the nerve to keep sending us marketing emails after our complaints to management and then the Attorney General’s office. Sadly, you cannot trust the service department. They advertise prices on their website and then claim there is no such deal. Even when you show the website to them. I have been to 2 Ourisman dealerships (bought my car from one, tried to get service at this location). Never going to another Ourisman dealership again.
Wanted to give a big shout out to Ourisman Chevrolet/Mitsubishi in Marlow Heights! I was shopping around for a Prius, and after a sale at another dealership fell through, I made a quick call to Ourisman, who confirmed they had the exact year and model I was looking for. Special thanks to my salesman, Andre, who went above and beyond to help me get to the finish line. Highly recommend!
