Sadly, you cannot trust the service department. They advertise prices on their website and then claim there is no such deal. Even when you show the website to them. I have been to 2 Ourisman dealerships (bought my car from one, tried to get service at this location). Never going to another Ourisman dealership again.
Wanted to give a big shout out to Ourisman Chevrolet/Mitsubishi in Marlow Heights! I was shopping around for a Prius, and after a sale at another dealership fell through, I made a quick call to Ourisman, who confirmed they had the exact year and model I was looking for. Special thanks to my salesman, Andre, who went above and beyond to help me get to the finish line. Highly recommend!
