Made an appointment for service almost three months ago for my Promaster 1500. Called last week to make sure they could service it because it's outfitted as a camper and is taller than a normal van. Left a message and never received a call back. Called again today and got through to someone who told me that not only can they not service my particular van because of it's configuration, but they can't service Promaster vans AT ALL.
