After agreeing on our custom built Caravan with Ourgen in 2023 and paying $34,000 deposit in 2024 and Zane Williams saying it would be ready in a few months time, then to have him make up excuses on why he hadn't started our build and kept making more excuses everytime we wanted to know how it was going. If your looking for a small, light practical camper. Go speak to Zane from Ourgen RV. Made our experience in purchasing the genpod so easy. The van and product is built perfectly. BUT BE AWARE AS NO WARRANTY. CRIES HE IS BROKE. 4 VANS SAME MODEL NOT ONE WAS BUILT THE SAME AS REQUESTED. ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY
Nov 2023 we ordered our van. May 2024 we paid a large deposit and still nothing delivered. We cancelled the order and he cries and apologises, promised to return our deposit but nothing. Still trading. We are not alone as many others are in the same circumstances. These are facts, not opinions. Maybe time to take this to Current Affairs and share OurGen RV's tactics.
Our experience with Zane & OurGen RV has been an absolute nightmare. After paying a very large deposit Zane has failed to not only build our caravan but has also told us numerous times he will ‘do his best’ to pay back our deposit. He goes weeks with no communication and dodging phone calls. This ordeal has been going on for the last 12months with us and we would hate this to happen to another family. All good. Nice van, great payload. Well built. You can sit up in bed! which is unlike the jayco jpod. Most vans have warranty issues. I found that if you buy from a dealer it gives you that extra layer of protection.
