Beer is too expensive and average at best. But of the three choices in Ouray, they're the best. The brewer doesn't keep recipes nor does she measure ibu's. Kind of hard to brew an IPA versus a DIPA versus a session if you don't keep measures. Ordered the Lone Star burger. Only thing missing on it was an NHL logo. It was WAY, WAY overcooked, not nearly enough sauce and the fries (side) felt like an afterthought. I've ate & drank here multiple times as I used to live in Ouray and now, down valley.
