While the burgers are better than average and the staff is great, the beer is disappointing. Good service and good atmosphere, it is worth trying.

We officially love Ouray brewery. The best burgers EVER. Beer was great! Staff is amazing. They accommodated our daughter and myself both with special sensory and dietary needs with ease and kindness. You guys have something very special there.
Definitely the best burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. That is something to say. I love the south western burger with the guacamole on the side. Also enjoyed their Ouray Brown brew. I could not have had better service and more attentive wait staff. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and actually made you feel like they cared that you were there and that you would return. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately when we got here there was Apsley no table service whatsoever so you have to walk over and wait in line at a countertop in order to get your food which is absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant. Prices are extremely high. There are chicken wings were very good but is not a place I would come back to because of the price and the refusal to do tableservice
Was passing through Ouray for a night and stopped in for a bite and a beer. Great food and great people. They even unlocked the roof top patio so we could go up there and enjoy the view while enjoying a beer. Will return.
If you are in Ouray definitely take the time to check this place out.They have delicious food and even better beer! The swings at the bar are a fun edition to an already unique setting.
