I thought the people I directly worked with lacked professionalism and were lazy. I’m happy to post email receipts if there’s any confusion. Rented with them for about a year as they took over our building. They were very understanding and helpful with any issues. Figured out and fixed them, got things done. Didn't over charge me during a vacate move out, were willing to be lenient and helpful throughout during a very rough time for myself and my 2 kids. Amy and Jeremy are great.

Edit: response to owner - I tried to contact Jeremy and his property manager DOZENS of times before leaving this review and have received radio silence. I was sent 4 pictures of crumbs in a cabinet and told "the house is unrentable." I spent an entire day sparkling and sanding the walls and was never once told there were issues with the paint, I have receipts for all of this - including the receipt for $450 I already spent to have the house cleaned and the carpet shampood. I'm sure Jeremy is an adequate realtor when selling ... read more
