This spa is absolutely wonderful! Maria and her team took great care of me! The aesthetics of the spa is beautiful and it is a one of a kind premier luxury med spa at the Renaissance hotel! Very disappointed with the professionalism of a company. Sadly someone very close to me worked here. On payday her payroll check was sent by zelle to a wrong number. She was left with no food for her children. Short on her rent too. The manager told her to go find the person and get it from him. There is more to this back and forth but end of the day, this company didn't pay her and sadly did nothing to correct the situation. I would never recommend a place that treats it's own like garbage.
