Awful experience today! Order placed via phone at 5:12, was told 20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes, waited...and then waited. 50 minutes later, the worker asked me if I was waiting for something...uhm, yeah! This would not be a big deal if this was not the third time this had happened. The last time, Nov 4th, my birthday... waited 45 minutes during lunch for 2 slices of food...the only reason I was back today, I was given a gift card; but, I will not be back until I have seen improvements! Big perfectly cooked wings and the pizza with double cheese was awesome!! ♡ the daily special.
