Nine months ago, I found myself, as did many other people, in immediate need of a place to care for my husband, with the help of Hospice of Michigan, I found "Our Place Senior Assisted Living ". It was hard enough for me to put my husband into the care of someone else, but to do it during a Pandemic was extremely difficult. Paula and Layne martin are great care givers. My mom is 98 and she has been there since April of 2016. They have taken great care of my mom, if she has any problem with her care the staff and Paula is on the phone talking to me. We get the issues resolved. Also the staff has always been helpful and helps her anytime my mom needs helps. They have birthdays parties for each of the person at the house. Paula also celebrates t.giving, christman and Easter. I couldn't ask for more over the top care.

My aunt with dementia has been with Our Place for close to 4 years. When I first found them I truly felt like Paula was an angel sent to me to help. They made Cheris transition very smooth coming in and they have always treated her like family. The staff is very kind and attentive with the residents. My brother has been a resident of Our Place for almost 6 years. Paula and Layne took him under their wings and made him feel like family. The care givers at the Fuller house are all “angels”. My brother is wheel chair bound and unable to feed himself. They take great care and make sure he gets all his meals and he is clean and dressed everyday. Our family is so pleased and relieved with the care my dad has been receiving at Our Place Senior Living. After my mother passed away, I was in a rush to get my dad into a safe place where he could be looked after and could help him with everyday tasks, since he was exhibiting early symptoms of dementia. Because of the small number of residents at the home, the care provided is incredibly unique and specialized to each resident.
