Live and learn.......unfortunately, after having this company install two units at my old house, they failed. I was double charged for the unit and still don't have the Halo working.....do better! I will look elsewhere next time, couldn't be much worse!

This place is an absolute scam do not bother purchasing any type of warranty program or service program they will overcharge you for this service even though your part is covered under your warranty. Absolutely unacceptable. I have wasted money on a monthly fee for service for no reason. You do not get any discounts on your repairs or maintenance with their program. I have got cheaper prices from other companies just cold calling.

This company does not pay their employees. I worked there and was outright refused to be paid an entire month of pay then called "entitled" for saying I would prefer to do this directly instead of through a legal process. Insane.

Joshua W. serviced our home for our concerns. He was prompt, efficient, and so helpful. He went out of his way to help me change my existing filters, teach me what I need to buy for the future, and explained things to me that I didn’t understand. He gave his recommendations on what services he recommends we do immediately (to protect air quality) and the things we can drag our feet on if needed.
