Joshua W. serviced our home for our concerns. He was prompt, efficient, and so helpful. He went out of his way to help me change my existing filters, teach me what I need to buy for the future, and explained things to me that I didn’t understand. He gave his recommendations on what services he recommends we do immediately (to protect air quality) and the things we can drag our feet on if needed. Tech was thorough and did a great job and we are cool again.
Everyone was great quick to respond to my AC being down. Came out the same day and fixed the problem. Will the technician was professional and courteous
Our AC went down right before Memorial weekend, so we contacted our home warranty company to assist. It was going to be 2 days at best before we were able to get somebody to come check it out so we contacted Our Place. Will came out a few hours later and spent extra time diagnosing our issue as well as giving extra advice on how we could keep our electric bill down. Great service!
