This is the vet I made it the longest with since I've had my cat who is now a senior. I enjoy the cute welcoming cartoons drawn on the whiteboard in the exam rooms and everyone there is nice. I always knew they were expensive and dealt with it because that's just how it seems to be in California. However, after my last visit they tried to charge me for a follow up appointment with no mention that I would be charged after coming back in 2 weeks. We have been taking our animals here for years. Dr. Nguyen and her entire team are highly skilled in caring for animals. They are kind, compassionate and their services are reasonably priced. I appreciate that they are timely with appointments and they explain the veterinary care plan options in detail. They are warm and friendly. The entire staff is fantastic. The receptionists are always friendly, courteous, and happy to help in any way they can. The techs are great with our cat, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen is the BEST! She takes the time to be gentle and thorough with our cat, explains everything she is doing or wants to do and listens with compassion. They are all definitely part of the family. Our cat crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday and Dr. Nguyen made a personal call to offer her condolences and support. We LOVE Our Pet's Vet!
Have been taking our Kid Yoda there since he was a pup now 8 years old. The staff there are very friendly and always care about your kids life. Never tried to push anything on you. They will make suggestions but will leave it up to you no pushing. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in explaining what Yoda needs even though they don't do the surgery he needs, but gave us recommendations of other surgeons in the area without pushing for o e on us. We will.ve back for whatever our needs come up.
Everyone here is kind, and professional. 100% recommend
