Brandon was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for the nursery!
Stopped by here just to browse and ended up with two (we're expecting twins) Chicco Magic Keyfit 30 car seats and a City Select Stroller. Customer Service is beyond great. We'll be returning to purchase Cribs and Glider. The quality of the merchandise paired with the Customer Service is sooooooo much better than the big box chains. Support small businesses - they care about their customers!
I bought a chicco jogger stroller about 6 months ago. My little one is 5 months old so I have only used the stroller recently a few times because I mainly used a Moby baby carrier. Well I noticed the wheels seemed like they were going flat so I put more air in them but they still seemed flat. I thought to myself I doubt they will help me fix it because it's been over 6 months I wouldn't blame them if they didn't want to fix it. Every time we have gone into Our New Baby in Dothan, the customer service has been fantastic! They really do go above and beyond to help you, and always make sure that we have had a wonderful experience shopping at their store. I also really appreciate how there are brands sold there that you can't find at other "big box" stores locally :)
Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful! They take the time to help you create a registry and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products they carry! I would use them over and over again. It is so much better than going to a chain baby store.
We purchased our Benjamin and Franklin nursery furniture, Nuna stroller and car seat, and our glider from ONB. Brandon is very helpful even while purchasing long distance he emailed pictures of every detail. Thank you for excellent service and communication through the entire process.
We are first time parents and completely overwhelmed by the amount of products out there. These guys have been so helpful in answering any questions we had and being honest about the items we looked at. We actually had started a registry with a chain store but decided to switch everything to Our New Baby because of how awesome our experience has been. Highly recommend.
