If I could give this company a rating lower than zero, I would. My experience with them was nothing short of appalling. I reached out for help viewing rental properties around Toronto, only to be met with a pushy, aggressive agent who cared more about locking me into a contract than actually helping me find a place to live. Having recently sold my house through this realtor, I feel compelled to write about my experience with them, most especially with Bob Best. This was by far my worst experience in dealing with a realtor. If you decide to list your house with them and Bob Best makes certain promises, make sure you get every detail in writing, signed and date stamped.
