Terrible customer service of the front desk representative. So unprofessional! I called in to make an appointment because my child wasn’t feeling well. The representative gave me such a hard time. When I asked if I can come into the office today, she replied that my daughter is not on the system yet and I have to call tomorrow. She didn’t even try to help. How can I wait when my child is sick? Doctor is great but wait time is terrible! If you have an appointment at 11:20am just be prepared to wait minimum 30 mins. It’s never on time. Also the front desk and customer service is terrible. They are so unhelpful, passive aggressive, standoffish.
