Cool independent coffee shops aren't TOO hard to find in Chicago but I can't think of many that also have amazing breakfast sandwiches and bagels. Bonus points for a cool little kids nook.

They have cool people working there who were fun to talk to and who taught me how a shaken espresso is made.
