Another disappointing experience. Today I went & waited 2.5 hrs, from 12.30pm- 3pm then was told to go home & a doctor would call me as there were still 34 in front of me. I go home check my phone. I have a screenshot of my phone call at 7pm.. now I look & it says there’s no appointment.. I have a very serious chest infection, & am seeing an eye specialist without a referral.. it’s the last time I come here- I think they obviously need more doctors.. there were 34 patients in front of me today at 12:30pm I mean really?? This place needs better customer service and warmth towards patients. receptionis very rude and technician very cold. Not a great experience
Always punctual friendly service
The main receptionist ( old lady with glasses on) has very rude attitude. Also I have attended the ultrasound booked today and they said it has been cancelled( or not confirmed). I have not received any notice about it at all. Even the receptionist was not apologetic at all. We just wasted our time. But all the technicians are professional and polite.
