The one star has nothing to do with the doctors. They are good. The waiting system they have is ridiculous. I arrived at quarter to 8 Saturday. My husband and I second in the door. The doctor hadn't clocked on yet so we gave our Medicare cards to reception thinking we would be first in the queu as because the doctor hadn't clocked on it wouldn't let you do it on the app. . We have lived in Maudsland for 14 years. My Medical in Oxenford use to be a proficient and well mannered centre. Coast 2 years it has declined dramatically. When we are desperate enough to wait the 2.5 hours in their lobby, only after checking ourselves in using an app, we see a Doctor who 90% of the time misdiagnoses or shoves us out the door with broad spectrum antibiotics.
