Helpful and courteous staff all round - from front reception to the X-ray consultant - kept well informed of appt and time slot via text
Waited for half an hour to see Dr. Only to get kicked back out to waiting room as they didn't have my blood test result and instead of allowing me to stay in the room to talk to the dr about my condition whilst we wait for the result (took only 5 min), they went ahead to see the next patient and I had to wait another 30 min. Ridiculous.
try calling for info. they will not answer the phone at all. if you wait thy hang up on you every single time
They have a good system in place and the app is very useful. You can choose your doctor if you want to but the doctors I’ve seen so far have been pretty good.
