We’ve had a great experience at Our Medical Dee Why. Dr. Max Ali is very knowledgeable and thorough in his practice as a GP, and we always feel well looked after. The wait times can be a bit long, but it’s hard to complain when the service is bulk billed and the centre has almost everything you need in one place. Overall, a reliable and convenient medical clinic for our family’s healthcare.

Long waiting, even when checked in through the app I was called and had to wait over 1 hour more, almost 3 hours waiting
This place works horribly, long waiting times. Not efficient. And even if you call during their telephone hours they will pick up and not answer. I was trying to call and see when telehealth phone call will come though. because I’ve been waiting for 6 hours!!! For a doctor to call!!!! And have been on hold for 20 minutes for them to answer the call not say anything and hang up. This is horrible.
