Why have an online booking system with live time slots if you only get a “tentative” booking which more than likely is not available. Booked a scan, followed the preparation which was difficult being pregnant to only then get a call the next morning saying the appointment is not available. Very disappointing and do not recommend.
COVID EXPOSURE WARNING May 30th 2026, between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. My partner was attending this afternoon and witnessed a patient who declared they had COVID to their doctor, who then requested that they vacate the office INTO THE PATIENT WAITING AREA. The COVID patient then received a call from that doctor for a consulation over the phone, REMOVED THEIR MASK WHILE TALKING ON THE PHONE INSIDE THE PATIENT WAITING AREA FOR 20 MINUTES. Great service great Doctors I live in Castle Hill and I driver to this Medical Centre its the best.
Saw Dr harathi nagella. She actually laughed at me when I told her my problem and I was there for a total of two minutes. Walked out crying because I was in a lot of pain and looking for answers. She didn’t order any tests and told me to “take Panadol” after a 2 minute assessment
