Saw Azadeh Khatibi for blood work. I had every reason to belieave i was exposed to glangular fever and told her my symptoms and agreed to test for some other things it could be as well. She couldnt work out how to use the printer so had me wait at pathology while the pathologist helped her print the paperwork so i never got to see the sheet. Wish i had cause she didnt test for glandgular fever, which i double checked with her twice in person as she was being very condecedning and had trouble articulating herself verbally. Sh... read more
Really nicely maintained very professional staff and experienced doctors especially Dr Mark Ferrier. Spoke to the receptionist Shiven, very friendly and professional! and Radiology aswell not much waiting time and very organised really satisfied
They’ve clearly tried to make things easier with the app, but in reality it just created confusion. I got a notification saying Dr Nasim Judaki was ready for me in Room 9. I waited about 10 minutes, assuming she was expecting me, then knocked on the door. When she came out, she was very rude and told me to wait. I stayed outside for another 5 minutes, but then she came out again and said she needed to see another patient and that I should check with reception. I’m really happy with the customer service of this practice, but sad for dr Mark leaving he’s an amazing doc, with years of experience hope we see more docs like him working in this practice. Very well maintained and clean.
