For a medical center, I don't need a stupid "App" and stupid "new system." I don't need four staff at reception to check me in on my own mobile. I only need one person to take my name and show me my doctor's room. They force you to install an App that doesn't work, and they change their booking system so often. Nothing but a confusing game. Far from healthcare and well being. As much as I like my GP there, it is just not worth the trouble going through the stupid App to see her.
