Great concept to have everything under the same roof, Nice staffs, Amazing GPs but horribly managed. the system, the app, the waiting time and the logic behind whether you book or just walk in queue is ridiculous. You can be the second patient in line with a dr and a walk in person (or 10) get ahead of you!! never had a less than 4 or 5 hours wait experience with these guys but I keep going back as my GP is the best!
Horrible practice. I called to arrange a Telehealth consultation and was told by the reception to expect the call for an hour or so, but it had been almost 4 hours that they hadn’t called. I called back again , but only to be told to wait for another one hour because there are less practitioners on Friday. To make it worse, the receptionist was also very rude and having the attitude.
Some of the doctors here are great. Nurses and pathologists are also amazing. However there are a few doctors here who are quite ordinary.
