The administration staff are particularly helpful and kind. Vicky is wonderful, and a big reason for confidence in the practice. She followed up paperwork re a prescription for me with not only absolute professionalism, but also with grace. However, I do not recommend Dr Amy Ho. She abruptly refused to prescribe one of my essential medications 2yrs ago, despite having known me since my high school days, more than 30yrs. It was an upsetting and bizarre appointment.
I booked my first appointment with Our Medical, and was seen by Dr Ali Zahedi-Anarak. I explained to him that I had recently returned from a trip to South America and after having a stomach bug, I wanted to get a blood test and general check up. He then proceeded to assume that I needed an STI check. I did not. Following this I wanted to get a referral to see a specialist as I want to get a breast reduction. Visited for a cold sore. The app check-in was super easy and convenient. Even on a Sunday, Dr. Antony was very kind and explained everything well. So happy to have such a great GP nearby!
They have everything onsite however, expect several hours in wait times to see the first available doctor. If you have nothing else to do, your condition is a formality and not an actual medical issue and you feel lazy then this would suit.
