Update 1 Dec 2025: The new app update where you are unable to see your place in the queue makes the patient experience extremely unpleasant due to which I am downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star. I waited for an hour with a very active toddler, getting told off by one of the reception staff when the toddler touched (not pulled, not damaged, only touched) the Christmas tree. "We answer the phones between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only!" Called at 4pm waited 30 mins before I got annoyed with the pre recorded message! Very disappointed!
Terrible experience, you must download and register via an app which allows you to check-in, it's all walk ins, no bookings. This in itself is not the issue but how is it that you are using a booking platform yet you can't tell people where in the queue they are? Was there in the evening. Waited an hour, people come and go so you can't really tell where in there queue you are and the app doesn't show this information, asked the girl at reception, her response, " I can see you are still in the queue there are 15 people total ... read more
