The staff is rude I deliver and the address is wrong when I finally found the correct building and told them they still insisted the address was correct they need better caring staff for a clinic it's absolutely ridiculous
I was with a family member at the doctor and the desk receptionist was extremely rude telling me that i have to go sit out in the car(not to mention no one else was in the waiting room) I told them I was with them and after they went back to see the Dr this woman at the desk said “since you’re not a patient and we’re practicing social distancing we don’t allow non patients to be in here” when i was the ONLY ONE in there.They were extremely rude and the doctors are no better. The staff are always friendly to me. Dr. Singh is helpful, thorough, and kind. Every time I visit, she's attentive and empathetic to my needs.
Dr. Daigle is amazing but the wait time is always terrible. I've been to many psychiatrists and was mis-diagnosed several times. Even thought shes a GP, she was able to diagnose me correctly with bipolar disorder and put me on the correct medication. I haven;t been this stable in years.
I have been a patient with Dr. Edwards for many years as well as other family members. Was really disappointed in the way the staff handled his patients upon his leaving. NO ANSWERS, they were very very unprofessional to say the least. My heart really goes out to the elderly people that have been seeing him longer than I have. I was only given a certain amount of time to find another doctor, to continue the medicine I have to take on a daily basis.
