Very poor phone service. Was speaking to someone then left on hold for ten minutes, the person to pick up the second time just could not seem to understand my questions or really anything i was saying, felt like i was trying to ask a toddler a question..
They were very helpful and caring from the moment I arrived …. From the receptionist to the nurse to the NP that treated me. The nurse helped me walk to the room because I was so weak. I felt much better by the next day. Thank you all so much for helping me the way that y’all all did as a team.
