Absolutely miserable getting a hold of someone. They put you on a 6 month wait. And then when you call back and tell them how desperate you are to be seen because you are 6 months postpartum, they send you to a voicemail and never get a call back. Absolutely ridiculous. No faith in healthcare

I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. I initially received care from another resident provider at this clinic who was professional, accommodating, and responsive. We were able to work through minor issues, and I felt supported. When that provider graduated, I was transferred to a new resident. Unfortunately, after the transition, my experience declined. Twice they have messed up my daughter’s appointment times within the last two months. Canceled appointment without contacting the patient and also forgetting to put an appointment into the system.
