I can pretty much plan on spending an hour waiting for the doctor to come in once we get to the back room. It’s currently 1 hour after my scheduled appt time as I sit here writing this, still no doctor. I changed the paper myself and there was trash from the previous patient scattered on the floor. I had to take a syringe cap from my son because he “just found it”. Then the front desk is never consistent. Like it’s not okay. Pick a struggle .
Llevo más de una semana esperando para que me allude con el récord de las vacunas de mi hijo porq nos mudamos y lo cambie de escuela y ya ha perdió dos semanas sin poder inscribirlo a la nueva escuela porque nunca me alludan con imprimir su récord he ido en persona y me dicen te vamos a llamar y nunca me llaman he llamado y siempre me dicen te vamos a llamar cuando esté listo y ya pasaron dos semanas y nunca llamaron y para mi es muy importante el récord de vacunas de mi hijo para que empiece en su nueva escuela
The doctors are excellent! It's the only reason why I still bring my children. However, the front desk staff have nasty attitudes. When you ask a question about something you don't know or need to know they treat it as a burden. They have absolutely no customer service skills at all. Mediocre service at best!
