Please do not bring your kids here the staff are so rude do not let your kids come here
There is very little good that I can say about this clinic. I went there to get treated for a severe back spasm. Could barely walk. The staff , especially the front desk, were rude, unsympathetic, and downright ghetto! The office manager refused to take me to the back when I made remarks about the lack of professionalism. I ended up getting a refund of my co-pay and going to a different Urgent Care , where I was treated much better. Always a fast appointment. Very thorough.
Great service, from the receptionist, to the nurse to the doctor...loved it...so glad I chose this place for my kids. Dr. Flechas is a sweet lady and know how to get kid's trust.
