There is very little good that I can say about this clinic. I went there to get treated for a severe back spasm. Could barely walk. The staff , especially the front desk, were rude, unsympathetic, and downright ghetto! The office manager refused to take me to the back when I made remarks about the lack of professionalism. I ended up getting a refund of my co-pay and going to a different Urgent Care , where I was treated much better. Great service, from the receptionist, to the nurse to the doctor...loved it...so glad I chose this place for my kids. Dr. Flechas is a sweet lady and know how to get kid's trust.
It’s unbelievably apparent how the majority of the office staff does not want to be there and how little they are willing to do to get you off the phone or out of the office. I hate to categorize everyone the same because the lady who sits in the front middle desk is always there to greet you with a smile and very helpful. Dr. Grier was also excellent every time we saw her, I have no complaints about her I ultimately switched my daughters pediatrician due to the office and nursing staff at this location.
