Dr. Hillis and his staff is the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. They are not here to provide care. RUN...pick another practice if you can. Cancelling appointments without notice via email or phone call and refusing service after calling in advance to confirm appointment and state of illness. Staff speaks with disrespectful tones and are unsupportive. Bedside manor needs to be improved greatly. It seems having migraines is not considered a valid reason for care at this practice. We love our St Elizabeth's pediatrician in Prairieville. Came to the Gonzales one to see Tracy Wallace and been here for an hour already and still in waiting room. I have never even waited 15 min at our Drs in Prairieville!! Don't come early either because apparently that doesn't matter they will make you wait even longer!!! Will be notifying corporate because this is absolutely absurd!
I have seen two doctors. I've also been to the Saint Elizabeth Step Clinic. This building has it's own Lab and X-ray Clinic so that you don't have to go to the hospital. They have excellent doctors and nurses.
