I have never had a doctor’s office respond with such latent disregard for the health of their patients. For the second time in a row, they have completely dropped the ball on something as simple as refilling a prescription. I called Wednesday, Aug 11 to have them call in a refill to my pharmacy. The day came to an end and the pharmacy had received no refill. So I called this morning to find out why the delay but no one could answer my question.
