RecommendedWe just had an unexpected stay here. They made everything so calming. From having someone come in to explain to the kids why they have to stay all the way to the playroom on each floors.
RecommendedWe literally just got home yesterday from a 5 day stay. The staff was amazing. My child was treated as if she was royalty. Anything she needed, wanted or desired they made sure it happened. The doctors and nurses were determined to find out what all was wrong with my girl and to get her better. Do not waste your time or money going to the ER. My 2 year old had a seizure and the doctor told us procedure was an EEG and MRI but it was too "time consuming" so they did nothing except vitals and blood sugar while we sat in a room for three hours. Before bringing him in I eveb called the ER and asked since he was back to normal if I should still bring him in I was told yes so they could run test and make sure he checked out ok... they lied and did nothing. RecommendedAll the nurses and doctors out did themselves when my little one caught rsv. They were all so kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my baby to be during this scary time.
RecommendedMy daughter had surgery this morning, and the entire experience was a breeze at the new hospital. Every single person who helped us from the front desk guard to insurance desk to cleaning staff to medical staff were kind and accommodating. The nurses and staff with second floor surgery were absolutely amazing, especially nurse Stephanie Boudreaux.
