Came to this location on a busy Friday night with my 12 year old son in stomach pain. Waited for almost one hour when the pain escalated I asked for help twice with the check in personnel I was told by her there was no rooms available they would get to him when they had a room. Traige nurse came out to call a few names my sons pain was extremely severe at this time I asked for help again to the nurse. Security guard at the front wasn’t wearing a mask! Neither was the woman who checked me in at registration or the two nurses I saw walking around the front! What is wrong with this hospital?! People are dying from this pandemic and the place you go when you need help, is passing on COVID-19 to its patients and staff. I will be transferring all of my doctors ASAP from OLOL.
