Very nice people who obviously care about the people they care for.
Terribly slow to change granddads underwear when he can't make it to the toilet and he would get rashes all over his bum . We bought him extra diapers for him and we caught the staff giving them to other residents . Had trouble getting granddads fingernails cut and had to cut them myself as he was drawing blood scratching his bum because his diaper was so slow to be changed I will say granddad died a some years ago and I hope the staff has changed . This review is not endemic of current staff but of the old staff
I loved OLOPH it was a kind place for my father. I always felt good when I left him daily, nurses and staff are wonderful.
They take good care of residents but the staff needs better attitudes
