RecommendedOur Grandmother spent her lasts days here and everyone was so kind. Today we went back with gifts for seniors and the place was still very clean and the staff so nice ! ❤️
absolutely HORRIBLE . very unorganized and unprofessional! definitely did NOT do my grandfather any good coming for rehab! do NOT send your loved ones here !

My father left in worse shape then he arrived. If your family member needs rehab or care, look elsewhere!
My mom was at OLP on 1west for about 2 months. I came there often to visit her. The staff were very kind and professional. they were knowledgeable of her condition and very attentive. They treated her like she was their mom. I was glad to meet such nice people who work there. I saw how they cared for the patients. I have much respect for what they do and fondness for many there.
Wonderful place great employees
The people who work there ( not all ) but most do not treat the elderly well at all . Very disappointed
