Nurses were amazing, Dr Bobby Lee was very unattentive and dismissive. He did not seem to care about me as a patient and sent me home without even trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I left extremely upset. Shout out to nurse Abby for trying to advocate for me and help me get the care I needed. She tried her best but at the end of the day Dr Lee did not care and refused to run further tests. He only ran blood and urine for severe abdominal pain and when I asked for a scan, xray or SOMETHING to make sure it wasn't an... read more

Emergency Department phenomenal! I was in and out ! Thank you for all that you do! I appreciate every single one of you! I was in a severe pain(G. I wise) going in but coming out - they help eased it and made sure I was okay before leaving! Forgive me for missing some names just know i appreciate u. Emergency Department was excellent. Although it was a little bit of a wait for to be seen, everyone was great. Dr Gaspard is Top Notch, as was the Nurse taking care of me, Kenzie. Great care from the receptionist all the way to discharge. Thank you everyone for the excellent care you all provided. 5-Stars.
My father arrived this morning via ambulance. He had a fall and was very confused. They did blood work and a urine test. Because that was negative, they sent him home and didn't look further to see if it was a stroke or what is causing the confusion. Only went here because that's where his doctor has credentials.But I'll take him to Oschner tomorrow. Last year, oschner did an awesome job with my dad when he was in the hospital.
