This hospital is absolutely vile and reprehensible. I came to the ER on 10/1 for medical attention which I would argue I barely received. The nurse kept telling me about other patients in the ER’s circumstances and medical conditions, which is generally illegal. Additionally, she and another nurse joked about the bereaved family of a former patient in front of me. Doctor Valletta refused to see me despite multiple requests from myself and my spouse. I was very disappointed in the ER Dr. He gave me my results as I was sitting in a chair and he told me the RESULTS AS HE WAS WALKING BY ME NEVER STOPPED TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING. The nurse was great a few people needed some more training I felt like it was a kid who gave me an ekg he didn't have all the leads hooked up correctly but said this should work. I would not gave gone to Guthrie other than my vascular Dr. works at Guthrie
They charged me extra without explaining the reason. Feels like a scam.
No response to my emails or calls. Completely unprofessional.
