RecommendedI want to thank all the staff at Fatima for taking care of my dad for the past years. Dad started in assisted living and ended up living in all three wings. Big appreciation for all the loving care dad received, especially in his last three months. If I name one CNA in particular, it would be unfair to all the staff there because they truly are amazing and loving people. Nice clean facility. Staff works well with patients, however it does pay to look in to staff to see how they are doing their jobs.
They took very good care of my mom. She loved it there & they treated her with love and respect.
Very disappointed in food quality/attention to clients. St Patrick's day dinner served chilli and hot dogs! Very small portions, no salad bar, very limited dinner hour. We were told dinner was from 5p-6p. We arrived at 5:50, food almost all gone.They found half thin turkey patty for my mother in law. Staff to dress relative. Found her in ridiculous inappropriate attire, empty water bottle at her chair side. They do escort her to meals and activities which are limited.
