Upon discharge from the ER you sent an assisted living resident back home in a hospital gown- they came in your ER wearing clothes, you took them off- the least you could have done is put them back on them- or told their family member that you don't help them get re-dressed- Shame on you. They needed your good help and you failed.
Had outpatient surgery yesterday the staff was wonderful!
I found the staff at Bellefonte, extremely organized, professional and greeted me with a great smile. I was ther to do my Pre-surgery ortho indoctrination for a right complete knee replacement. Dr. Laura C. Reese is doing it 8-16-2016. I'm a retired RN with over 30 years service and I'm very impressed! These people answered all my questions. Looking forward to next week's surgery. Thank you.

My Dad has recieved excellent care here. Everyone down to Gwen in housekeeping really care about the patient!
The way they have brought out the best in my Dad is amazing. Still watches a lot of golf on TV, but much more engaged in life in his new environment!!!
