Had my first visit today with Dr. Ravencraft and I was quite impressed with his courtesy and recommendations. He took the time to deal with what was hurting me first and preventable care to help the issues I am having. I highly recommend their office.
Dr. Love replaced my hips, yes both of them in 1992 one in Feb. and one in May. Never went back tho I was suppose to for years. Then went for a checkup sometime in the early 2000's. Had a revision by him on my left hip and had ligament taken care of and other small things that have happened to me since with the latest being shots for a inflamed SI bone. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out there yesterday. She was obviously very scared and we were nervous because we had never been there before. I have to say, this was probably the best hospital experience I’ve ever had! Every single person we met was above and beyond friendly, helpful, understanding, and sensitive to our nerves! The preop nurse, anesthesiologist, surgical staff, and recovery nurse were amazing and so sweet to me and my daughter and very comforting. Doctors, nurses, and aides gave great care. Room was not properly cleaned or sanitized before.
The entire staff is so friendly, caring, compassionate and respectful. They made me feel all the time like if already knew that everything was going to be fine, even when I was having a biopsy and obviously nobody was sure. Fortunately everything was fine! I feel so relieved now! Thank you all for everything!! ��
My son was recently a patient in the pediatrics department with the flu and mono. I was so very pleased with the care he received. My son is special needs and the way the staff treated him was amazing. Explaing exactly what the were doing to him and all the questions he had for each medication that was given. They showed loving care.
