I did a sleep study in 2004 at Lourdes sleep center. I got a cpap machine and used it for several years. It broke and they gave me a prescription for a new one, plus supplies. Now I need another machine and they have no records of me ever having been there. They did everything, but called me a liar. Now they want me to do another sleep study. I’ll do one but it’ll be at Lafayette General Sleep Center.
