I recently changed psychiatrists, and I am profoundly grateful that I did. Speaking with Dr.Joann Paoletti feels less like a clinical interaction and more like a conversation with a genuinely concerned family member — compassionate, attentive, and deeply human. I started brining my daughter here last year and Dr. Paoletti is the best. Her therapists Sam has really helped my daughter she finds it very easy to open up to him and on top of everything she no longer needs to take her medication because she has gotten so much better. I’m so glad we found this place. The staff is also amazing everyone in the office is so nice. I definitely would suggest giving this place a try.

I've been with this doctor for 4 years. She's an incredible doctor she's really professional and very understanding i recommend her to anybody and everybody.

In April of 2025 I had an incident that resulted in loosing all of my medication. I was on several medications for 15+ years for severe, suicidal depression, anxiety, agoraphobia and ADHD. I had been hospitalized for 4 years consecutively once. I lost all my medications with three weeks until my next appointment with Ms. Polletti. The pharmacist I use, before I called her office, gave me a three day supply of everything.
