Initially, this company seemed very understanding and willing to accommodate my needs. But after my first aid quit without any warning, just not showing up to work the next day without any phone call or precursor, the company changed tunes. The person I spoke to suddenly didn't care about my needs, diminished them, and didn't take me seriously when I said I could not have aids that wore strong fragrances or smoked. Signing up with this agency helped my my aunt avoid a placement in a facility. We figured that it was a bit cheaper to pay for home care than risk my aunt going into an assisted living facility. Our House has affordable prices....one flat fee...other companies we talked to had a lot of up charging like weekends, nights, mileage. This company doesn't do that!
